A quick turkey and broccoli slaw stir-fry with teriyaki sauce served over rice.
Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
vegetable oil | 1 | tbsptablespoon |
turkey breast chops, teriyaki seasoned, cut into 1/4-inch thick strips | 0.75 | lbpound |
broccoli slaw mixture | 2 | cupcup |
teriyaki sauce | 0.25 | cupcup |
tap water | 0.25 | cupcup |
rice, cooked | 3 | cupcup |
Directions
1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat until hot 2. Add turkey; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until turkey is browned 3. Add broccoli slaw mixture, teriyaki sauce and water 4. Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes until broccoli is tender 5. Stir in rice; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes until combined and thoroughly heated. Serve immediately
