mushrooms, fresh, sliced | 0.5 | lbpound |
zucchini, medium, sliced | 2 | |

diced tomatoes, with liquid | 1 | cancan |
basil, dried | 0.75 | tspteaspoon |
oregano, dried | 0.5 | tspteaspoon |
parmesan cheese, grated | 1 |
Directions
1. In a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish, place onion and chicken breast 2. sprinkle with salt and pepper 3. Layer mushrooms and zucchini over chicken 4. Combine garlic, tomatoes, basil and oregano; pour over vegetables 5. Cover tightly 6. Bake at 450 deg F for 30 minutes or until juices run clear 7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired
